Contribute effectively in current/new projects throughout their life cycle, to create new hit games. This role involves actively exploring the mobile game market, utilizing player behavior data, and suggesting improvements to create unique games. Responsibilities include designing and implementing features that enhance player engagement and revenue, focusing on new game mechanics, levels, monetization, and in-game economies. The designer will also brainstorm ideas, consolidate team input, and stay updated on industry trends.

- Proven from transition one Hyper to Hybrid is a strong plus.
Must Have:- Actively explore the mobile game market and utilize player behavior data, feedback & suggest improvements to create new and unique games.
- Translate ideas, design concepts into high quality game execution.
- Design and implement features that enhance player engagement and revenue.
- Brainstorm & consolidate ideas from team members to propose design solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors, analyzing market innovations, and rapidly adapting best practices.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a game designer in casual, hyper casual games.
- Proven experience in game design, core loop and monetization design for multiple revenue models (ads, in-app purchases and hybrid).
