We are simply made for each other if you:

• Have experience in gamedev as a Game Designer for 3+ years
• Understand the principles of f2p games, have high observation skills, and know the gaming market well
• Have experience in project team management.
• Know how to prioritize correctly and eliminate unnecessary tasks
• Know how to competently create technical specifications and calculate balance
• Are diligent and have time-management skills
• Have artistic taste and experience with UI/UX
• Understand the basics of analytics and have experience in data-driven decision making.
• Experience with casual projects and match-3 is welcome

What you will need to do:

• Create design documents, develop game events, and systematize game documentation
• Calculate game balance and monetization
• Manage the project at each stage of production
• Formulate technical specifications for artists, programmers, and animators
• Control product quality at each stage of production
• Conduct A/B testing of new events and mechanics
• Work with the team
