Change Management

This job involves the operations and maintenance of on-premise or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers. The responsibilities include installing, maintaining, patching, and upgrading the operating environment. The role also involves providing maintenance and support, configuring and testing operating systems, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents. Collaboration with other IT teams and vendors is essential, along with developing and executing patching plans, maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies, developing capabilities on emerging technologies, defining processes, conducting compliance and quality checks, and identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
