You will join a dynamic and fast-paced organization whose mission is to be a trusted strategic partner to our internal and external customers through optimization, standardization, and enterprise capabilities.
The Change Management Lead will play an important role in ensuring all initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. The primary responsibility will be to utilize a consistent change management framework to reduce resistance, remove negative unintended consequences, communicate the changes, and maximize solution adoption. The Change Management Lead will work with global, cross-functional teams to understand the impacts of change on people, processes, technology, and customer experience.
