Job Description

Salesforce is seeking a Change Analyst to support change management within its Customer Success organization. This role involves guiding diverse stakeholders through transformation, ensuring seamless delivery of transformational programs. Key responsibilities include evaluating stakeholder impacts, building support for change, coordinating training and communications, and tracking program adoption. The analyst will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and end-users to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new technologies, processes, and structures.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans.
  • Conduct thorough change impact analyses.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Draft and deploy clear, consistent, and timely communications.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training materials and programs.
  • Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change.
  • Track the progress of change initiatives, measure adoption rates, and collect feedback.
  • Support the end-to-end change management process, applying project management skills.
  • Assist in creating executive presentations, enablement materials, and status reports.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and supporting the implementation of change management strategies.
  • Proven experience in a project support role, coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional consulting and communication skills.
  • Experience with Slack & Google Suite.
Good to have:
  • Experience with global teams, ideally in tech or consulting.
  • Exposure to creating and delivering training materials for various audience sizes and scalable delivery methods.
  • Experience with informal learning, blended learning, and reinforcement programs.
  • Prosci Certification, PMP (Project Management Professional), or other change management certifications.

Are you passionate about guiding diverse stakeholders through transformation and change? We're seeking a Change Analyst to support change management within our Customer Success organization. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our transformational programs are delivered seamlessly and with the highest quality. You will evaluate stakeholder impacts, build support for change, coordinate training and communications, and track program adoption and success. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and end-users to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new technologies, processes, and structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including strategies for communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct thorough change impact analyses to identify how changes will affect different groups and individuals.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders to build support and address concerns.
  • Draft and deploy clear, consistent, and timely communications.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training materials and programs.
  • Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change.
  • Track the progress of change initiatives, measure adoption rates, and collect feedback to ensure successful implementation.
  • Support the end-to-end change management process, applying project management skills to track progress and identify potential risks.
  • Assist in creating executive presentations, enablement materials, and status reports.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience developing and supporting the implementation of change management strategies.
  • Proven experience in a project support role, coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with global teams, ideally in tech or consulting.
  • Exposure to creating and delivering training materials for various audience sizes and scalable delivery methods.
  • Experience with informal learning, blended learning, and reinforcement programs.
  • Certifications: Prosci Certification, PMP (Project Management Professional), or other change management certifications are a plus.
  • Exceptional consulting and communication skills, including an engaging presentation style, strong group facilitation skills, and clear, precise writing.
  • Experience with Slack & Google Suite

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.
