The Change Manager ensures R8G’s major transformation initiatives achieve desired outcomes by driving adoption and enabling lasting change. This role focuses on the people and process side of change—helping teams navigate new workflows, tools, and ways of working. The Change Manager will lead change management efforts, support process analysis and redesign, and execute clear and effective communication strategies to engage and align stakeholders.
Superpowers you have:
- 3+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or related roles.

Understanding of process management, including process mapping, analysis, and optimization.

Proven experience in designing and implementing change strategies using recognized frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).

Certification in Change Management such as: Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from ACMP, etc

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Develop and execute structured change management strategies for cross-functional initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.
- Design change plans that minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Training & Support
- Define training needs related to process and system changes.
- Partner with L&D team to design and deliver appropriate enablement materials.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders in their role as change champions.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track change adoption and success metrics.
- Identify resistance and develop targeted strategies to address it.
- Reinforce new behaviors and support teams through post-go-live transitions.
Process Management & Analysis (desirable)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Support the redesign of processes to align with strategic goals and transformation efforts
- Ensure that process changes are well-communicated, understood, and adopted by relevant teams
