Senior Producer

The next great challenge is coming:

We are looking for an experienced Producer to manage and drive game production projects from concept to release, ensuring goals are met efficiently, on time, and within budget. If you thrive on coordination, problem-solving, and leading cross-functional teams, this role is for you!

Superpowers you have:

• Proven experience in game production, project management, or similar roles;
• Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle, from concept to release;
• Expertise in managing product backlogs, deliverables, and milestones;
• Excellent leadership, mentorship, and team coordination skills for cross-functional, global teams;
• Solid stakeholder management and client communication experience, including reporting and milestone tracking;
• Budget planning, resource allocation, and optimization skills;
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional production methodologies, with ability to adapt to project needs;
• Risk management and change management capabilities.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

• Experience working across multiple business units or service lines;
• Proven success in process optimization, workflow improvement, and productivity enhancements;
• Hands-on experience with dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to track project health;
• Ability to proactively identify scope changes and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement of production processes and workflows;
• Develop dashboards, track project metrics, and report on progress to internal and external stakeholders;
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement change management initiatives.
