Join CyberArk's expanding EMEA Channel Team as a Strategic Partner Manager, driving success across Central and Eastern Europe. This role involves forging powerful alliances with global systems integrators and advisory firms, defining strategy, deepening partnerships, and propelling Identity Security. You will be the regional voice for GSIs, execute ambitious sales plans, build CXO-level relationships, and position CyberArk's Identity Security portfolio to Global 2000 and Fortune 1000 clients. Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring transparency and results with sales, channel, and program stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Act as regional voice and thought leader for GSIs across your territory.
  • Own and execute ambitious sales plans, safeguarding existing business and breaking into new markets.
  • Build meaningful CXO-level relationships to create win-win growth strategies.
  • Position CyberArk’s Identity Security portfolio as a must-have differentiator.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, driving transparency and results with stakeholders.
  • 7+ years of proven success managing EMEA sales and alliances with GSIs and/or Big 4 firms.
  • Strategic mindset with a history of driving sales through top-tier channel partners.
  • Exceptional communicator, comfortable engaging senior executives and presenting compelling narratives.
  • Analytical thinker familiar with BI tools, comfortable owning accountability.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build key relationships.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven success managing EMEA sales and alliances with GSIs and/or Big 4 firms.
  • A strategic mindset with a history of driving sales through top-tier channel partners.
  • Exceptional communicator, comfortable engaging senior executives and presenting compelling narratives.
  • Analytical thinker familiar with BI tools, comfortable owning accountability.
  • Experience with Security Software companies is a significant plus.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build key relationships.
