We are looking for a skilled AWS Lex + Amazon Connect Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and integrating them with Amazon Connect to deliver intelligent, scalable, and efficient contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain voice and chatbots using Amazon Lex.
• Integrate Lex bots with Amazon Connect for seamless customer experience.
• Configure Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and Lambda integrations.
• Develop and deploy AWS Lambda functions for backend logic and Lex fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor and optimize bot performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and integrations
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect.
• Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and API Gateway.
• Programming knowledge in Node.js or Python.
• Experience with contact center workflows and customer experience design.
• Understanding of NLP and conversational design best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools in the AWS ecosystem.
Good to Have:
• AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
