Job Description
This role requires 7-8 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on Identity Management and SailPoint IIQ implementation (4-5 years). The successful candidate will architect IAM solutions, develop in SailPoint IIQ, and integrate with various systems. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing feasibility, providing optimal solutions, and managing tasks. The role is based in Gurgaon, India, with potential for PAN INDIA scope.
Must Have:
- At least 7-8 years of IT experience
- 4-8 years of Identity Management experience
- 4-5 years of relevant SailPoint IIQ implementation experience
- Strong experience in architecting IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ
- Experienced in executing the role mining module
- Strong hands-on development skills in SailPoint (workflows, rules, custom bean shell, provisioning plan, certifications, LCM, custom connectors, policies, entitlements)
- Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, SAP, ERP
- Knowledge in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS
- Knowledge on the Support life cycle
- Experience in working on the proposal process including RFIs and RFPs
- Client facing and presentation skills
- Gathering and understanding requirements
- Analyzing requirements and framework feasibility
- Providing optimum solutions for requirements/issues
- Managing tasks and sub-ordinates
- Good experience in Root cause analysis and troubleshooting

Your Role
- Total Experience of at least 7-8 years of IT experience with 4-8 years of Identity Management and at least 4-5 years of relevant SailPoint IIQ implementation experience & location is PAN INDIA
- Strong experience in architecting IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ
- Experienced in executing the role mining module
- Strong hands-on development skills in SailPoint and well-versed in creating workflows, rules, custom bean shell, provisioning plan, certifications, LCM, custom connectors, policies, entitlements etc.
