Project Connect seeks a CEO to lead all aspects of the company, from strategy and go-to-market to operations, finance, and team building. This role involves driving the execution of a new product combining synthetic prep workflows, voice-based support, and human escalation. The CEO will spearhead sales, focusing on large enterprise accounts in field service industries, leverage existing data for product development, secure key partnerships, and build a world-class team. Fundraising and preparing for future financing rounds are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate has early-stage B2B SaaS experience, a background in technical/industrial services, and a strong understanding of AI.

Project Connect is on a mission to transform the technical support experience for field technicians. We’re building a platform that leverages voice interfaces and large language models, alongside augmented reality to supercharge on-site service by making technicians more prepared, more autonomous, and more effective—dramatically reducing costs, truck rolls, and time-to-fix.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a venture-backed company at inception, with the benefit of validated customer demand, a clear go-to-market pathway, existing ARR and a unique data advantage through the acquisition of an in-market augmented reality product. Project Connect is poised for an accelerated build towards product-market fit and scalable growth.
We are looking for a business-development oriented CEO with a strong track record in early-stage B2B SaaS, experience in technical or industrial services, and a deep appreciation for the power of AI to solve operationally complex problems. You’ll be working alongside founding partners from AI Fund and Myriad Ventures, and supported by the deep domain expertise and historical assets of CareAR.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the company across all functional areas—strategy, go-to-market, operations, finance, and team building
- Drive the vision and execution for a new category-defining product that combines synthetic prep workflows, voice-based support, and optional human escalation
- Own and execute founder-led sales, with a focus on landing and expanding large enterprise accounts in field service-heavy industries
- Leverage the deep well of technical content and service data to jumpstart product development of proprietary LLM-based products
- Secure and negotiate key partnerships to expand use cases, distribution, and data access
- Hire and manage a world-class team across GTM, product, and technical functions
- Build the investor pipeline and prepare the company for its next stage of financing
What You Must Bring:
- Demonstrated leadership at an early-stage B2B SaaS company (0 to 1 and beyond)
- Proven ability to scale sales and business development, especially in industrial or technical services
- Experience working with AI or data-centric products, ideally involving enterprise knowledge systems or voice/LLM interfaces
- Successful fundraising experience, with clear examples of translating vision into investor excitement
- A product sensibility and empathy for users in the field—particularly those who depend on tools, not desks, to do their jobs
- Ability to move fast with clarity and conviction, operating in environments with ambiguity and change
