Class A CDL Parts Driver

The Parts Driver under the direction of the Execution Manager will work with the Project Coordinator and Shipping Coordinator to support on-time delivery of parts on multiple projects. The Parts Driver will also be responsible filing the shipping documentation, take photos of equipment for each project, & filing of said photos for each project. As part of the Zeeco Projects group, this individual will interface with execution, engineering, purchasing, shipping, sub-contractors, and component suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Load parts in trailers with forklift
• Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
• Deliver parts to offsite vendors / suppliers in the Green Country area
• Perform regular & preventative maintenance on company truck
• File shipping documentation in appropriate network location
• Verify parts at vendor’s shop via a ship list
• Take photos of equipment

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word / Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities
• Must be able to work under stress and meet deadlines
• Mechanical knowledge is a PLUS!
