As a Client Experience Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in delivering best-in-class service across Yahoo Ad’s advertising portfolio. Supporting both performance-driven and brand campaigns, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to sales and clients, owning campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for advertisers across Yahoo’s ecosystem, including all of Yahoo’s owned and operated sites and the Yahoo Performance Network.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless planning and execution and drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
This role supports retail, QSR, and CPG sales teams and clients.
