The Client Manager's main task is to address the Client's marketing requirements effectively and strategically. This position is responsible for advising the Client by using deep business insights to identify opportunities, create proactive strategies, and manage daily operations. Collaboration with activation practice leaders and other departments is crucial to develop and execute initiatives that enhance the Client’s business. The role also includes managing the Client's business, maintaining strong Client relationships, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, ensuring seamless service delivery, and leading the team to achieve business goals.
