Job Description

The Client Partner will be responsible for growing and managing key client accounts, focusing on enterprise accounts. The role involves understanding client needs, building relationships, and developing commercial strategies. This includes setting growth targets, integrating Vidsy's solutions into client marketing plans, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience with enterprise brands, be skilled in client discovery, and work with various teams to ensure excellent results.
Must have:
  • 4-6+ years of industry experience in commercial growth and sales.
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of selling high-value solutions (>$500K annually).
  • Skilled in client discovery and solution selling.
  • Based in or near Los Angeles.
Good to have:
  • Experience selling content production and/or creative solutions.
  • Experience working with global CPG, Retail, Gaming, or Entertainment brands.
  • Background in selling brand direct to senior Marketing & Creative professionals.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Client Partner to help grow and manage key client accounts. You’ll be responsible for growing large, enterprise accounts while prospecting net-new business opportunities within the vertical, working closely with clients to understand their needs and build strong long-term relationships. 


Day-to-day, you’ll develop and execute commercial strategies, set growth targets, and integrate Vidsy’s solutions into your client marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of working with enterprise brands, identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and spotting new business opportunities, all while collaborating with our Exec, Strategy & Creative teams to ensure we’re delivering the best possible results.


Must-haves:
  • 4–6+ years of industry experience - focusing on commercial growth and sales.
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of selling high-value solutions exceeding $500K, ideally $1M+ annually.
  • Skilled in client discovery and solution selling, identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Based in or near LA.


Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience selling content production and/or creative solutions.
  • Experience working with global CPG, Retail, Gaming and/or Entertainment brands.
  • Background in selling brand direct, targeting senior Marketing & Creative professionals.


Who You’ll Report To

You’ll report to Tara, our LA-based Client Director, who joined Vidsy in early 2023 and has been instrumental in driving growth with our enterprise partnerships. She leads the LA Commercial Team, bringing deep expertise from her time at Foursquare, Amazon Advertising and Audacy. When she’s not in Commercial-mode, Tara’s your go-to for great spots all across Cali, and is often found with her Bernese Mountain Dog Ruby, or on her sailboat!


The Interview Process

📞 30 minutes – Introductory call with a member of our Talent Team.

👩‍💻 60 minutes – Video interview with Tara to discuss the role and your experience.

🧑‍💻 90 minutes –  Final interview with a small panel, during which you’d present back a previously set ‘homework task’.  We’ll also explore how your experience aligns to our Vidsy Values (Raise the Bar, Learn Everyday, Unleash Creativity & Be Brave)

☕️ In-Person Coffee️ - To round off the process we may invite you to a face to face coffee to close out any final questions


Compensation & Perks

💰 Competitive Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD (based on experience).
