Vidsy is a multi-award-winning creative technology company building a platform for brands and Creators. This role is for a Client Solutions Manager in LA (Malibu) to confidently run complex projects, integrate Vidsy into client workflows, and elevate delivery standards. The manager will be a steady hand for clients and internal teams, proactively solving challenges, improving processes, and building client trust. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and executor who excels at problem-solving and influencing clients, focusing on creating positive client experiences and fostering long-term growth.
Must Have:
  • Own end-to-end project management of complex campaigns
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions for project challenges
  • Lead and integrate Vidsy’s solution into Enterprise clients
  • Share project learnings to improve client and Vidsy workflows
  • Influence teams to adopt better ways of working
  • Ensure positive and reliable client experiences
  • Strong project management experience with campaigns, timelines, risks, and outcomes

We’re looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our LA (Malibu) based team. You’ll run complex projects with confidence, integrate Vidsy seamlessly into client workflows, and raise the bar for delivery standards. You’ll be the steady hand for both clients and internal teams, solving challenges before they escalate, turning project learnings into better processes, and building client trust in Vidsy. What You'll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end project management of complex campaigns and projects.
  • Spot challenges early and implement solutions to keep delivery on track.
  • Lead, implement and integrate Vidsy’s solution into Enterprise clients
  • Share learnings from projects to improve how both clients and Vidsy work.
  • Influence and guide teams to adopt better ways of working.
  • Ensure clients consistently have positive, reliable experiences with Vidsy.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong project management experience (campaigns, timelines, risks, outcomes).
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with credibility and confidence.
  • Proven experience integrating solutions into large enterprise clients.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Someone who is curious, collaborative, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to understand the real “why” behind problems and solve them
  • Leading with composure, confidence, and credibility, no matter the challenge.

Compensation & Package

💰 Salary between $90,000 to $120,000 dependent on experience
