Salesperson (m/f/d)

ATU, Germany's largest workshop chain, is seeking a full-time or part-time salesperson. The role involves mastering products and services, providing excellent customer service through consulting, cashiering, handling complaints, and scheduling appointments. You will also maintain sales and storage areas and assist with goods receipt and storage.

Must Have

• Internalize our products and services
• Advise, cash, complain and schedule - every ATU visit (your) customer experience
• Keep our sales and storage areas tidy
• Support with goods receipt and storage

Good to Have

• Already worked in retail or a service company
• Interested in the automotive and related industries, also hardware store
• Motivated to get into a new product range
• Physically fit: standing and walking (up to 8 hours/day)
