The Opportunity

AliveCor is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Client Success Director to join our Employer & Strategic Alliances team. The ideal candidate will own the client experience from implementation through renewal, focusing on driving revenue by ensuring our clients and partners are successful. Experience driving revenue growth is a must. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing business and help shape the future of our client success function. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and scale client success. Build and implement the processes, best practices, and strategies for the client success function, all while handling day-to-day requirements
  • Lead the client lifecycle. Responsible for the entire client and partner experience—from assisting in late-stage sales cycles, to the moment a new client or partner is signed, through implementation and ongoing engagement, all the way to renewal
  • Drive revenue growth. Accountable for a revenue number, focusing on helping clients achieve their goals to drive renewals and expansion. This person must be business and revenue driven
  • Solve complex problems. Act as a strategic and creative problem-solver, identifying new ways to help clients and partners achieve their goals while balancing our business goals
  • Own the client relationship. Serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients and partners, ensuring they are delighted with our service and achieving their desired outcomes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6-8 years of professional experience, ideally within the digital health space, working with employers, health plans, and other partners
  • A strategic thinker. Be able to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute a plan to achieve desired outcomes
  • A proactive problem-solver. Have a "can-do" attitude and an ownership mentality, ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Don't just point out problems; recommend and implement solutions
  • Curious and client focused. Genuine interest in understanding clients' challenges and help them reach their goals
  • A builder. Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, startup environment and are excited by the opportunity to build a function and a team from the ground up
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
