Job Description

The Client Success Executive role provides client service and relationship management to Australia-based clients across the wealth management market. This role manages post-sales onboarding, product training, client service, ongoing client engagement, and relationship development to ensure maximum client renewal. As a product expert, you will provide client training and support to help clients maximize value from data and research products. You will coordinate internal feedback and product enhancement, working closely with Account Management to manage client experience and renewal.
Good To Have:
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance, marketing, communications or related field.
  • Understanding of wealth management, superannuation, life insurance and management investments.
Must Have:
  • Manage post-sales onboarding, administration, relationship management, client retention and service for Rainmaker/ISS MI products.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with assigned accounts and with existing and potential Rainmaker/ISS MI clients.
  • Become a product expert and provide ongoing training and support to Rainmaker clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide client feedback for product enhancements.
  • Assist Head of Client Success and Account Management with client engagement, retention, and renewal strategy.
  • Assist Technical Sales team with identifying sales opportunities, client prospecting, upsell, and cross-product solutions.
  • Assist Account Management team to manage client renewal pipeline and retention targets in Salesforce.
  • Provide operational support, monitoring product usage, and assist with client reporting.

Overview

The Client Success Executive role provides client service and relationship management to our Australia based clients across the wealth management market. In this role you help will manage the post-sales onboarding, product training, client service, ongoing client engagement and development of client relationships to ensure maximum client renewal. As a product expert, you will provide client training and support to ensure clients understand how to get the best value from our data and research products. You will act as a coordinator for internal feedback and product enhancement to continue to identify new opportunities. Working closely with Account Management you will help manage the client experience and the client renewal process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sales onboarding, administration, relationship management, client retention and service for Rainmaker/ISS MI products.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with assigned accounts and with existing and potential Rainmaker/ISS MI clients.
  • Become a product expert and provide ongoing training and support to Rainmaker clients, proactively and for inbound queries.
  • Work closely with development, data operations, research and marketing teams to provide client feedback for product enhancements.
  • Assist the Head of Client Success and Account Management team with the client engagement, retention and renewal strategy for Rainmaker research and product clients.
  • Assist Technical Sales team with identifying sales opportunities, client prospecting, upsell opportunities and cross-product solutions.
  • Assist Account Management team to manage client renewal pipeline and retention targets in Salesforce.
  • Provide operational support, monitoring product usage and assist with client reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance, marketing, communications or related field preferred but not essential.
  • With 2-4 years of industry experience in account management or client services in financial services, technology, media, information service vendors, insurance, investment management or superannuation.
  • Understanding of wealth management, superannuation, life insurance and management investments preferred but not essential.
  • Strong client service, account management and engagement skills, ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within the client organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and client training skills required.
  • Highly organized workflow with strong attention to detail, effective prioritization and time management.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
