Clinical Application Specialists, US
Position Summary:
- Provides sales support (Pre Sales activities) and delivery support (Post Sales activities) for ultrasound diagnostic equipment.
- Visits hospitals in the assigned area to introduce, propose, explain, and support product sales (Pre Sales activities), and to support product introduction and operation (Post Sales activities).
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- You will be assigned an area and work with sales and service teams within that area.
- Your main tasks will be Pre Sales activities (PC presentations, live demonstrations, examination attendance, etc.) and Post Sales activities (delivery explanations, examination attendance, KOL support, seminar instruction, etc.) for customers.
- A mobile environment is provided to enable direct travel to and from customer sites, ensuring peace of mind when visiting customers.
- This job allows for long-term engagement with customers through Pre Sales and Post Sales activities.
Practical Experience Required for this Position:
- Experience in ultrasound examination at hospitals, etc.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communication skills.
- Regular driver's license.
- Clinical laboratory technologist or radiological technologist qualification.
- Language: No resistance to English.

- Contract Period: Indefinite
- Probationary Period: Yes (generally 6 months from the date of joining)

- Work Style: Discretionary work system
- Working Hours: 9:00-17:30, Break time: Generally 12:00-13:00
- Holidays: Every Saturday (scheduled holiday), Sunday (legal holiday), national holidays, New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4)
- Leave: First year annual paid leave up to 20 days (2nd to 5th year: 20 days / 6th year onwards: 25 days granted), Care Leave (10 days per year), Sick Leave (up to 30 days per year), etc.
- Salary: Basic salary (annual) 4.6 million JPY to 6.5 million JPY (will be considered based on experience)
- Bonus: Sales incentive 30%
- Incentives are paid annually in March. (Subject to change based on company performance, departmental performance, and individual evaluation)
- For those joining mid-year, pro-rata calculation applies for the target period.
- Insurance: Social insurance (Employees' Pension Insurance, Health Insurance) and Labor insurance (Employment Insurance, Workers' Accident Compensation Insurance)
- Retirement Benefit System: Two-pillar system of lump-sum retirement payment and defined contribution pension.
- Training System: Various online training, support training upon joining the company.
