• Project & Delivery Leadership:
• Drive the execution of complex cloud, application, and data projects from planning to delivery.
• Track project milestones, financials, and resource allocations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Operational Excellence:
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for project and financial oversight.
• Implement and optimize processes for project management, resource planning, and quality assurance.
• Support compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Business Development & Commercial Growth:
• Partner with senior management to identify, shape, and close new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches for cloud and digital services.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to expand our impact.
• Team Enablement & Culture:
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.
• Help onboard, coach, and develop team members, leveraging your own strengths and our management people-centric leadership style.
• Bring energy, positivity, and a “can-do” attitude to every challenge.

Requirements of the role

• Project & Delivery Leadership:
• Drive the execution of complex cloud, application, and data projects from planning to delivery.
• Track project milestones, financials, and resource allocations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Operational Acumen:
• Ability to manage multiple projects, track financials, and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, MS Project) and financial tracking.
• Commercial Mindset:
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or business development for technology services.
• Confident communicator and presenter, able to “sell” ideas and solutions internally and externally.
• Personal Qualities:
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient—ready to take initiative and own outcomes.
• Strong relationship builder, able to work with diverse teams and personalities.
• Growth mindset, always learning and seeking better ways to deliver value.
