Job Summary

Must Have
- Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud environments across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
- Lead proactive security controls to prevent external threats.
- Monitor and respond to cloud security incidents; Perform digital forensics and root cause analysis.
- Develop and enforce cloud security standards.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for cloud environments.
- Conduct audits and deliver metrics to measure and improve security posture.
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
- Participate in incident response activities.
- 5+ years of Cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in cloud architecture and operations (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security technologies: IAM, encryption, PKI, threat detection, CI/CD, and automation.
- Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management and SaaS security frameworks.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (PCI, GDPR, NIST, ISO27000).
Good to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Industry certifications such as CCSK, CCSP, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Experience writing formal security assessments and reports.
- Background in data protection, privacy management, and incident response.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud environments across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms
- Lead proactive security controls to prevent external threats and provide leadership updates on advanced security risks
- Monitor and respond to cloud security incidents; Perform digital forensics and root cause analysis
- Develop and enforce cloud security standards in collaboration with Engineering and Application Development teams
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for cloud environments
- Conduct audits and deliver metrics to measure and improve security posture
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices
- Participate in incident response activities and other security-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in cloud architecture and operations (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security technologies: IAM, encryption, PKI, threat detection, CI/CD, and automation
- Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management and SaaS security frameworks
- Familiarity with compliance standards (PCI, GDPR, NIST, ISO27000)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities; adept at managing multiple priorities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
