As Cluster Spa Manager, you will be the Captain of calm seas, steering the team with grace and precision to ensure every guest drifts into a world of pure relaxation and rejuvenation. This role involves leading daily spa operations, managing reservations, retail sales, and inventory, and overseeing staff training. You will execute treatments, champion wellness initiatives, and drive team performance through mentoring and communication, ensuring seamless guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.
Must have:
  • Responsible for the management of the daily operation and efficient management of spa reservations, retail area sales and inventory management, and spa staff training.
  • Execute treatments, engage guests in consultation and repartee, while making them feel as if they have entered a completely different environment.
  • Lead daily spa operations to ensure seamless guest experiences, from arrival to departure, including hands-on treatments and ambience.
  • Champion wellness initiatives for both guests and ambassadors, integrating holistic wellness into every touchpoint.
  • Drive team performance through training, mentoring, and clear communication, ensuring brand standards and service excellence.
  • Manage inventory and facilities, overseeing product usage, cleanliness, maintenance, and monthly stock control.
  • Collaborate across departments to support marketing, guest recovery, sustainability, and crisis management initiatives.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the management of the daily operation and efficient management of spa reservations, retail area sales and inventory management, and spa staff training
  • Our employees are the ‘spa experience’ that guests will have as they entrust themselves in our capable and expert hands.  You will be expected to execute treatments, engage guests in consultation and repartee, while making them feel as if they have entered a completely different environment from the one they came from.
  • Lead daily spa operations to ensure seamless guest experiences, from arrival to departure, including hands-on treatments and ambience.
  • Champion wellness initiatives for both guests and ambassadors, integrating holistic wellness into every touchpoint.
  • Drive team performance through training, mentoring, and clear communication, ensuring brand standards and service excellence.
  • Manage inventory and facilities, overseeing product usage, cleanliness, maintenance, and monthly stock control.
  • Collaborate across departments to support marketing, guest recovery, sustainability, and crisis management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18+ months of experience in spa or wellness management within a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service and team development.
  • Solid understanding of spa treatments, retail sales, and current wellness trends.
  • Highly organised and collaborative, able to manage cross-functional priorities effectively.
  • Empathetic, professional, and dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences
