ElevenLabs is a leading Audio AI research and product company, defining the frontier of voice technology. They are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Account Executive in the USA to build and manage a portfolio of new accounts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, and demonstrating expertise in ElevenLabs' voice technology to drive user engagement, automation, and cost efficiency for organizations.
Must have:
  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries
  • Identify new business opportunities where conversational AI can drive engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape
  • Demonstrate expertise in conversational AI and ElevenLabs’ voice technology
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality
Good to have:
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams
  • Exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms

About the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Account Executive in the USA who is passionate about voice technology and how it is changing businesses. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with organizations to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:

1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals

2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency

3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends

4. Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale
