LeoVegas Group is seeking a commercially minded and performance-driven Commercial Marketing Manager to lead customer communications strategy. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager, this role focuses on translating commercial objectives into retention-led plans to enhance customer value, engagement, and profitability. The manager will own the week-by-week marketing communications calendar, ensuring all activities are insight-led and aligned with key business KPIs like NGR, ARPU, and Active Days across UK brands. Responsibilities include managing communications across key verticals, developing a forward-looking campaign calendar with 4-8 weeks of visibility, ensuring timely execution of CRM briefs aligned with KPIs, tracking campaign performance with analytics, driving segmentation strategies, collaborating with Sports & Casino Marketing teams, and working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and CRM. The role also involves conducting performance reviews, sharing insights, and coaching a team of marketing specialists.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a commercially minded and performance-driven Commercial Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our week-by-week customer communications strategy. Reporting into the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in translating commercial objectives into retention-led plans that drive customer value, engagement, and profitability.

 

This is a leadership role responsible for driving the commercial retention strategy through ownership of the week-by-week marketing communications calendar, ensuring all activity is insight-led, performance-focused, and aligned to key business KPIs (such as NGR, ARPU, Active Days) across our UK brands.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Managing the weekly communications strategy across key verticals & brands.

        Developing a forward-looking campaign calendar, maintaining 4–8 weeks of visibility and adapting based on performance, trading shifts, and player behaviour.

        Ensuring commercial and business objectives are delivered via briefs into CRM delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment to campaign KPIs.

        Working closely with analytics to track campaign performance, reporting on the commercial impact and identifying optimisation opportunities.

        Driving segmentation and targeting strategies to maximise campaign cut-through and impact.

        Collaborating with Sports & Casino Marketing teams to ensure overt campaigns are delivered flawlessly to the relevant customer cohorts.

        Working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and CRM to identify opportunities and test new approaches to drive efficiency and impact.

        Conducting regular performance reviews, identifying trends, testing and learning and sharing insights with senior stakeholders.

        Coaching, mentoring and developing a growing team of Commercial Marketing Leads & Specialists.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

        Proven experience in Lifestage marketing, CRM marketing, or commercial marketing, ideally in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce

        Experience of setting strategy within a fast-moving, high growth environment

        A strong grasp of customer segmentation and campaign planning

        Demonstrable experience of working with large data sets to identify commercial opportunities

        A problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn insight into action quickly and efficiently

        Experience leading cross-functional campaign development and working with Product, CRM, and Analytics

        High level of commercial acumen with strong awareness of ROI, cost control, and promotional efficiency

        A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on data-driven improvements

        Proven team management experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance in a fast-paced environment
