LeoVegas is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Advisor for the Swedish market. This role involves engaging with customers via email and live chat, providing exceptional service, and collaborating with various internal teams like Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling, and CRM. The position operates 365 days a year with varied shift patterns, offering a dynamic environment to learn and grow within a vibrant, supportive team.

  • Previous experience in the gambling industry.
Must Have:
  • Clear and concise communication to customers via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Listening to customer inquiries and resolving problems effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Addressing customer complaints professionally, with empathy and patience, focusing on turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team and culture.
  • Fluent in both writing and speaking in Swedish.
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivated team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • An ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team and our culture
  • Language: Supporting the Swedish market means you need to be fluent in both writing and speaking in Swedish.
  • Enthusiasm and be a self-motivated team player
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Previous experience in the gambling industry is desirable but not essential, as we prioritise providing a superior customer experience
