What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Coordinate the implementation and upkeep of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement technology solutions that drive business growth.
- Determine and enforce IT guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
- Act as a mentor, providing guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and career development.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Find opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with collaborators to understand their needs and provide outstanding IT support and solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends to keep Aristocrat at the forefront of innovation.
What We're Looking For
- More than 6 years of experience in IT management or a similar position with a demonstrated history of guiding effective teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure, encompassing networking, systems, and security.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities along with the capacity to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working well with a variety of groups.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, encouraging a culture of growth and excellence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of industry guidelines and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CISSP, PMP) is a plus.
- A passion for technology and a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.

This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals.
