Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, along with a strategic mindset and a passion for effective communication.
Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit content for company materials, press releases, reports, and internal documents.
Coordinate and manage communication campaigns across departments.
Ensure brand consistency in all messaging and communications.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, newsletters, and communication plans.
Monitor communication metrics and compile reports for leadership.
Support crisis communication efforts as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a communications or writing-focused role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general familiarity with content management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
