TASKS

• Creating and managing pages of various game projects on social networks, as well as gaming platforms (experience with Discord and Reddit will be a huge advantage).
• Preparing and implementing content plans (the ability to create visual content is more than welcome!).
• Communicating with players and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
• Searching for growth points, new channels and formats of communication with players.
• Collecting feedback from players and transferring it to the development and publishing teams.
• Organizing online events, contests and surveys.
• Forming your team of moderators, as well as project ambassadors.

The game publisher Ravenage Games stands for indie games for PC and consoles. Our publishing portfolio now has several games, and this year we have big plans, so our team is growing. We are all united by the desire to develop the industry and change it for the better, and we need a Community Manager who likes games and is ready to create and support our gaming communities.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager.
• Willingness to work with multiple projects at the same time.
• Knowledge of English: at least Upper-Intermediate B2.
• Knowledge of other languages is welcome.
• Ability to write longreads, patch notes, and texts for standard posts, as well as situationally solve non-standard cases.
• Huge experience of working with social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Discord, TikTok), as well as an understanding of gaming platforms' work, especially Steam.
• Being a creative and independent unit: we love and encourage initiative!
• Being a passionate gamer involved in game development!
