We are now looking for a Community Manager

As a Community Manager, you are responsible for building and growing our Helldivers 2 community, engaging with our players, and representing the community’s needs within our studio. You are the link between our players and our development teams to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our playerbase.

You will collect community data and organize it into sentiment reports that are regularly shared with our developers and publishing partners. In addition to collecting positive sentiments, you must be comfortable giving bad news, presenting harsh feedback, and handling tense situations within a gaming community and development environment.

You will use your top-notch communication skills to regularly engage with the community through our various social and community channels.

Who you are:

• 3- 5 years of professional experience in community management in the games industry or similar experience
• Experience with streaming
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deep knowledge of the community and a passion for gaming
• Experience with social media management platforms and tools, like Hootsuite.
• Experience with community platforms, like Steam and Discord.

Bonus

• Video editing/media creation skills
• Experience with live service / GaaS
• A passion for working with influencers/content creators
• A passion for Co-op games, Sci-fi and Fantasy games and shooters.

What you'll do:

• Foster a welcoming, inclusive community for our games.
• Act as the voice of our community, listening to their feedback and preparing actionable insights for our development team
• Develop and implement a community strategy that drives engagement, retention, and player interaction.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Development, and Community & Support teams to align with our long term goals.

Practical Information

Scope: This is a fixed term for one year with the possibility of extension.
Location: Office first, hybrid solution possible. You need to be eligible to work in Sweden.

For this position we do not offer relocation.
