Job Description

This role involves coordinating Quality and Services Management System activities at site/regional levels and participating in internal audits. Key responsibilities include arranging auditor accommodations, assisting the global audit team, coordinating corrective/preventive actions, supporting ISO certification, ensuring overall compliance, planning and participating in Management Review Meetings, following up on action items, monitoring open findings, reporting Quality System performance, and delivering ISO Awareness sessions.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate site/regional Quality and Services Management System activities.
  • Participate in internal audit activities.
  • Arrange office and facility accommodations for auditors.
  • Assist global audit team in scheduling and conducting internal audits.
  • Coordinate and ensure execution of Corrective/Preventive Actions.
  • Organize/provide resources for ISO certification implementation and maintenance.
  • Ensure overall compliance in locations/regions.
  • Plan, schedule, and participate in Management Review Meetings (MRM).
  • Follow up on action items from Management Review Meetings.
  • Monitor open findings from documents with expired review dates.
  • Report Quality System performance and effectiveness to Management.
  • Organize and deliver ISO Awareness sessions.
  • Academic background in Industrial, Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Specialization in quality, processes, or performance indicators.
  • Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9000, 20000, 27000 standards (preferably 22301).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000, 20000, 27000, 22301 standards and ISO 19000.
  • Knowledge in process standardization and improvement (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge in service methodologies (e.g., ITIL, PMI, CMMI).
  • Knowledge in methodologies for identifying root causes of problems.
  • Knowledge in complaint and claim management.
  • 10 years of work experience.
  • Full English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Availability to travel.

What success looks like in this role:

Role Objective:

Coordinate site/regional activities of the Quality and Services Management System and participate in internal audit activities at their own locations as well as other locations.

Specific Functions:

  • Arrange office and facility accommodations for internal and external auditors and act as a guide for them.
  • Assist the global audit team in scheduling and conducting internal audits.
  • Coordinate and ensure the execution of all activities or Corrective/Preventive Actions in the Audit Management System as notified by the Global Compliance/Audit team for internal and external audits.
  • Organize or provide necessary resources to support the Quality team in implementing and maintaining ISO certification.
  • Ensure overall compliance in their locations/regions.
  • Plan, schedule, and participate in Management Review Meetings (MRM) with a specific agenda according to standard requirements.
  • Follow up on action items from Management Review Meetings.
  • Periodically monitor open findings from documents with expired review dates.
  • Take responsibility for reporting the performance and effectiveness of the Quality System to Management.
  • Organize and deliver ISO Awareness sessions where needed.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Required Academic Background:

Industrial Engineer, Systems Engineer, Electronic Engineer, or related fields.

Specialist in quality, processes, performance indicators, or related areas.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Internal Auditor in ISO 9000, 20000, 27000 standards, preferably also in ISO 22301
  • Sufficient knowledge of the aforementioned standards, as well as the guide for conducting internal audits ISO 19000
  • Knowledge in process standardization and improvement such as Six Sigma
  • Knowledge in service methodologies and best practices such as ITIL, PMI, CMMI, etc.
  • Knowledge in methodologies for identifying root causes of problems
  • Knowledge in complaint and claim management
