As a Consultant, you will guide clients through their first days with Entrata after the sale, understanding their objectives to advise on optimal software setup. Expected to master Entrata's products, you'll consult on best practices and ensure successful customer outcomes. Responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert, identifying client goals, creating implementation plans, and ensuring long-term customer success. You will also maintain Entrata subject matter expertise and identify opportunities for improvement in the consulting process. The Consultant will implement Small Market Business and Mid-Market customers by resolving customer concerns, building their confidence in Entrata and delivering resources for long-term system adoption.
