Consulting Architect (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Consulting Architect (m/f/d) who can do more than just design good architecture. You guide clients, identify new potential, and turn technical possibilities into business opportunities. With us, you will become a strategic interface for our clients – from the development team to the C-level.

What you need

You are not only a good architect but also an exceptional consulting personality. You are passionate about not just delivering solutions to clients but also accompanying and advancing them on their digital journey. Curiosity, business acumen, and the courage to break new ground characterize you.

• At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Broad technical expertise across various technology stacks (e.g., Kafka, Kubernetes, Public Cloud)
• Proven experience in customer consulting and project management
• Confident demeanor from the development team to management
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic foresight
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)

As a Consulting Architect (m/f/d), you are our "Elevator Architect" – you move effortlessly between all levels and bridge the gap between technology and business.

• Customer Consulting & Partnerships: You support customers in achieving their long-term business goals by strategically advising them and building sustainable, trusting collaborations.
• Technical Visions & Roadmaps: You design technical future visions that show the way and translate them into concrete, actionable roadmaps for successful projects.
• Workshops & Innovation: You plan and lead workshops and innovation days to foster creativity, develop new solutions, and inspire teams.
• Pre-Sales & Business Potential: You identify new business opportunities, support sales teams with technical presentations, and thus contribute to business expansion.
• Team Development & Implementation: You promote technical excellence through coaching and motivating teams and find the optimal mix of strategic consulting and hands-on project work.
