We’re looking for a Content and Communications Manager to help shape and deliver compelling content across a wide range of formats and channels. This is a unique opportunity to work with experts across every sector and capability in our business - including experts in wearable medtech, sustainable aviation, AI-augmented customer experiences, and award-winning breakthrough innovation with real-world impact. You’ll contribute to high-impact content projects that drive awareness, engagement, and elevate our brand.

What you’ll do

As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Write, review, and edit high-quality content – including blogs, brochures, web pages, social media copy, reports, emails, and event collateral - for external audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone.
  • Commission and brief freelance writers, ensuring outputs meet strategic and editorial standards.
  • Support award submissions – including writing, editing, and managing freelance contributions.
  • Contribute to internal newsletters, writing compelling email copy and commissioning freelance support when needed.
  • Track and measure content performance through audits and trackers to help inform our content strategies.
  • Support corporate communications reporting, including stakeholder engagement and content development.
  • Explore and experiment with AI-enabled workflows to enhance content creation and delivery processes.
  • Champion our brand tone of voice and writing guidelines across our firm.

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in editorial, content, or communications roles.
  • Proven ability to write for multiple channels and audiences.
  • A curious mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and editorial standards.
  • Ability to manage both fast-paced, deadline-driven projects and longer-term strategic initiatives.
  • Strong team player who can also work independently.
  • AI proficiency, B2B experience, and commercial acumen are a plus, but not essential.
  • Ambition to shape and grow your career within a supportive environment.

Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance.

All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
