Content Creator Manager

Are you passionate about creator communities, have first-hand knowledge of the dynamics of influencer ecosystems, and are ready to work strategically, empathetically, and creatively at the intersection of game development, community, and brand presence? Then we are looking for exactly you!

YOUR TASKS

• Strategic development & advancement of creator programs around our games – with a focus on growth, impact, and authenticity.
• Direct collaboration with content creators: You have experience in co-growth with creators and their channels – ideally in a corporate context.
• Participation and coordination of creator programs – not only on Discord, but also via tools like Slack, Telegram, or similar.
• Relationship management: You understand when relationships need to be strengthened – but also when it's time to part ways. And you can justify this thoughtfully.
• Activation of game updates: You coordinate creator content, campaigns & messaging for new features, releases, or events – and bring them to the public with maximum impact.
• Analysis & Reflection: You evaluate what went well – and what didn't. You explain what you would do differently – with data, tools, and experience.
• Use of Tools: You actively use BI tools, AI tools, social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, HypeAuditor, Notion AI, or similar) and can justify their use.

Merch Creation & Distribution

Dedicated Creator Communication & Feedback Loops

• Ideally, you have contributed to the direct development of game features or tools in the interest of creators, e.g.:
• Webshop with influencer code system
• In-game features, especially for creators

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in the creator/influencer scene
• You are charismatic, empathetic, but also assertive.
• Leadership qualities without an "elbow mentality" – you can work well internally, but have energy for external appearances.
• You are camera-experienced or stage-affine – whether at events, in livestreams, or as part of creator videos.
• You have a good sense for branding, staging
• Community-Fit – whether with content, merch, or creator events.
