Job Description
Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a Content Moderator for Binance Square, their Web3 and crypto social platform. The role involves reviewing content on the Binance App homepage, monitoring reported sections, and developing guidelines to ensure a healthy content ecosystem. The moderator will collaborate with various teams like Operations, Customer Support, and Product to enhance user experience and assist with product optimization. This is a full-time, 5-day work week position with rotational shifts, including weekends and nights. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, familiar with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, possess strong analytical skills, and have a good sense of responsibility.

This is a 5-day work week role with rotational shifts including weekends, public holday and night shift.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Binance APP homepage product- square content review.
- Review important content, regularly check reported sections, and formulate corresponding guidelines to maintain healthy and stable development of the content ecosystem.
- Work with Operations, CS, Product and other teams closely to optimize user experience.
- Assist in the follow-up of admin and front-end product optimization requirements.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage to handle Mandarin content.
- Familiar with the Blockchain cryptocurrency industry, relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Understanding the industry political and market environment as well as idiomatic expressions.
- Good stress resistance, enthusiastic and hold a sufficient sense of responsibility.
- Logical and proactive thinker with the ability to learn quickly.
