Job Description
The Middle Office Specialist at Binance will analyze and improve VIP programs, manage their change lifecycle, and enhance presentation materials. This role involves analyzing client behavior to identify growth opportunities and advising on growth strategies for VIP and institutional clients. Candidates need experience in trading intermediaries, understanding of market liquidity and fee structures, strong data analysis, reporting, communication, and project leadership skills, along with product change management experience.
Must Have:
- Analyze VIP program performance using data.
- Manage VIP Program change lifecycle.
- Improve VIP Program presentation materials.
- Analyze client behavior for growth opportunities.
- Advise growth strategy for VIP and institutional clients.
- Experience in exchange, broker, or trading intermediaries.
- Understand market liquidity and fee structure.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and project leadership skills.
- Experience managing product changes.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of VIP programs with data and key business results.
- Gather improvement requirements for VIP Program, then manage its change lifecycle.
- Improve the presentation material of the VIP Program.
- Analyze client behavior in order to track their trading stats and find areas which can be growth opportunities.
- Advice growth strategy for the VIP and institutional client base by working closely with the growth and product team.
Requirements
- Working experience in an exchange, broker, or other similar trading intermediaries.
- Understanding of market liquidity and fee structure in crypto or other traditional financial markets.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills and is able to lead projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in managing product changes from raise requirements to product change announcements.
- Fast paced, self-motivated, and has the ability to work under pressure.
