We have an opportunity for a Pump Line Operations Supervisor – 2nd Shift to join our Sanford, NC team. You will be responsible for overall performance and leading the production team to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash, while also ensuring talent development of the team. Shift Hours: 2:45 pm-12:45 am Monday - Thursday. Occasionally, on Fridays, depending on business needs.
You will:
- Ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment for the team and encourages suggestions, actions and ownership for improvement.
- Ensure process and product quality through the adherence to standard work and other related documents/procedures.
- Be responsible for training the team and improving flow within the cells to ensure that customer demand is met.
- Be responsible for staffing requirements the meet the established goals/line rates.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through established depletion/replenishment systems and cycle counting processes.
- Be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of team members for career/talent development
- Be responsible for ensuring that the team operates with a WIN RIGHT mentality and operates within the policies and procedures of Pentair.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience OR a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation:
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as an annual incentive.
