Job Summary
The Service Operations Coordinator will support the APAC Services Business in operational tasks, including managing daily activities for Country Services Leads, building documented instructions, and streamlining workflows. Key responsibilities involve contract management, contractor onboarding, financial tracking (timesheets, invoices, payments), reporting (utilization, chargeability, forecasting), recruitment support, project governance, artifact maintenance, partner management, and employee support processes.
Must Have
- Manage contract review, approval, and signing with Legal & partners.
- Handle contractor onboarding, IT access, hardware, BYOD, and offboarding.
- Verify timesheets, validate invoices, and track vendor payments.
- Generate utilization, chargeability, and forecasting reports.
- Provide recruitment and resourcing support.
- Ensure project governance, backlog tracking, and milestone monitoring.
- Maintain artifact repository and track certifications.
- Manage funding and partners, including claims and opportunity tracking.
- Support employee processes like IT ticketing and training.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

The role
Service Operations Coordinator will support APAC Services Business in operational tasks that include managing daily operational activities for Country Services Leads, build documented instructions and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract management NDA, MSA, SubCon Agreement, SOW review, approval, and signing with Legal &partners
- Contractor onboarding, Workday/IT access setup, hardware requests, BYOD, and offboarding
- Timesheet verification, invoice validation, follow-ups with Finance, and vendor payment tracking
- Utilization, chargeability, and forecasting reports for contractors and internal resources
- Recruitment and resourcing support including requirement gathering, job descriptions, candidate coordination
- Project governance including backlog tracking, milestone monitoring
- Artifact repository maintenance and certification tracking
- Funding and partner management including claims tracking, renewal of SOWs, & opportunity tracking
- Employee support processes e.g. IT ticketing, access issues, training, device return tracking
- Travel and ad hoc request handling and so on
