Join a growing legal team as a Contracts Manager, supporting a fast-paced environment and acting as a business partner across the organization. This role involves reviewing various sales and sales-related agreements, reporting to the Lead Counsel, UK. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets, manage risk, and protect the business. The position can be based in the London office or remotely in the UK, and is essential for the company's dynamic culture.
Must have:
  • 4+ years’ experience with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (with a heavy emphasis on sales agreements)
  • Ability to analyze and review a broad range of global sales contracts including Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Service Level Agreements, etc.
  • Superior business acumen and a commitment to providing responsive support to our teams and to getting things done
  • Experience managing a high volume of tasks for multiple stakeholders simultaneously and prioritizing based on greatest positive impact to the business
  • Familiar with following and developing contracts playbooks
  • Energetic and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a sense of humor
  • Effective communicator with the ability to interact with both internal and external professionals of all types and backgrounds
  • Take ownership of reviewing, redlining, and negotiating sales contracts, escalating key issues to stakeholders as appropriate
  • Collaborate with company attorneys to ensure contracts reflect current legal and compliance requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally to move deals efficiently through the sales cycle
  • Help enhance and apply playbooks, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and conformance in contracts
  • Manage operations, including workflow management and systems
  • Provide general assistance to the legal team on contracts-related matters

About the Team:

About the Role:

This role can either be based in our office or remotely in the UK. The will primarily be responsible for reviewing various sales agreements and sales-related agreements. The will report to the Lead Counsel, UK and will partner with other functions of the business (such as Product, Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Marketing) as necessary to help achieve its high-growth goals. This role is essential to our growth and will have an immediate impact in our dynamic, fast-paced culture.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years’ experience with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (with a heavy emphasis on sales agreements);
  • Ability to analyze and review a broad range of global sales contracts including Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Service Level Agreements, etc.;
