Job Description

GAMOMAT is seeking a Controller to manage financial planning, forecasts, data analysis, and sales controlling, including KPI definition and reporting. The role involves proactively optimizing processes through digitalization and IT tools, managing process optimization projects, and handling customer invoicing. Candidates should have a business administration degree or equivalent, a strong affinity for data, proficiency in Excel and BI tools, and excellent German (C1+) and good English skills. Must have:
  • Design and take on controlling tasks including financial planning, forecasts, data analysis, sales controlling, KPI definition, and reporting.
  • Proactively identify, define, and support processes, striving for optimization through digitalization and IT tool implementation.
  • Accompany and manage projects focused on process optimization.
  • Responsible for creating customer invoices.
  • Successfully completed a business administration degree or comparable commercial vocational training.
  • High affinity for data and numbers, interpreting data, presenting results, and deriving recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of tables and database structures, proficient with large data volumes, and excellent Excel/BI skills.
  • Logical, solution-oriented, systematic, and structured thinking.
  • Welcomes change, eager to develop, and proactively implements new ideas.
  • Hands-on mentality, supporting the team with general administrative tasks.
  • Very good German (C1+) and good English (written/spoken) language skills.
  • Strong communication and empathy in interactions.

Job Details

Your tasks:

  • You design and take on controlling tasks; these include financial annual planning, forecasts, data analysis, sales controlling, definition and analysis of KPIs, and needs-based (monthly) reporting.
  • You proactively identify, define, and support processes and strive for process and data optimization, e.g., through process digitalization, introduction of suitable IT tools.
  • You accompany and manage projects for process optimization.
  • You are responsible for creating customer invoices.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a business administration degree or a relevant comparable commercial vocational training.
  • You have a high affinity for data and numbers. You enjoy interpreting data, presenting results attractively, and deriving recommendations for action.
  • You have a deep understanding of tables and database structures and confidently handle large amounts of data. You are very proficient with Excel, BI, and similar tools.
  • You think logically, are solution-oriented, and act systematically and structured.
  • You welcome change, are eager to develop, and proactively and consistently implement new ideas.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and support the team, among other things, with general administrative tasks.
  • You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You are communicative and empathetic in contact with different personalities.
  • You have a high degree of self-organization and self-reflection for working within a hybrid, collaborative work model.
  • You have a can-do mentality and are enthusiastic about moving things forward.
