Controlling Specialist

As a Controlling Specialist at welevel, you'll be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring efficient cost management and supporting business decision-making. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing financial data, budgets, and forecasts; providing reports and recommendations to improve financial performance; supporting investment planning and cost optimization strategies; collaborating with various departments for financial transparency; and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or cost management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is fluency in German and English. The position is based in Munich.
