Job Description

As a Controlling Specialist at welevel, you'll be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring efficient cost management and supporting business decision-making. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing financial data, budgets, and forecasts; providing reports and recommendations to improve financial performance; supporting investment planning and cost optimization strategies; collaborating with different departments to ensure financial transparency; and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or cost management. Fluency in German and English is required, and candidates must reside in the Munich metropolitan area.
