Job Description

As our HR Generalist, you’ll be the first point of contact for everything related to hiring and onboarding. You will manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end — from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. In our fast-paced startup environment, your work will directly shape the team and culture. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, developing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, preparing offers, and supporting new hires through onboarding, while also helping to shape internal HR processes as the company scales.
Must have:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback loops efficiently
  • Prepare and deliver employment offers in collaboration with leadership
  • Support new hires throughout the onboarding process
  • Help shape internal HR processes as we scale
  • 1-2 years experience in recruiting, preferably in tech or gaming
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Onsite position
