Working Student HR & Recruiting

As a Working Student in HR & Recruiting, you will support welevel's talent acquisition efforts by assisting with recruiting processes, candidate management, and HR administration. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring and HR operations. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, supporting employer branding, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with new hire onboarding.

Must Have

• Currently enrolled in a university program

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Self-driven

• Maintain and update HR databases and documentation
• Assist in onboarding new hires
