YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research on industry-specific topics and regularly produce blog content aligned with GemOne’s overarching content strategy.
- Lead the planning and creation of social media content in coordination with the marketing team, including scheduling, publishing, and reporting for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Optimize both new and existing content for SEO by identifying and integrating relevant keywords to improve organic visibility.
- Plan, film, and edit video content related to product installation, usage, troubleshooting, and other marketing video assets in collaboration with the team.
- Collaborate with the product and commercial teams to develop white papers, guides, and other lead-generation materials on topics relevant to our customer base.
- Design and manage email funnels, including writing email copy, analyzing campaign performance, and refining messaging for improved engagement.
- Create customer case studies, testimonials, and social proof content—managing the full process from customer interviews to drafting, feedback, and final approval.
- Develop and update website content, campaign landing pages, product brochures, video scripts, and sales presentations for use across the sales cycle.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events such as Dealer Days, End User Events, and Partner Workshops.
- Provide marketing support to commercial teams in preparing materials for trade shows and networking events, including email templates and social media content.
- Draft company newsletters to inform current and prospective customers about industry developments and key GemOne updates.
- Support the local sales team in the Americas with marketing efforts, such as dealer network research, contact sourcing, and creation of sales outreach materials.
- Take ownership of assigned content marketing projects and ensure timely and effective delivery.
HOW TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of leadership, while also demonstrating the capability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and a demonstrated initiative.
- Substantial experience in content writing, ideally supported by a professional portfolio.
- Proficiency in planning, filming, and editing video content.
- Relevant qualification in marketing, content writing, copywriting, or a related field.
- Experience managing content within WordPress or other content management systems.
- Skilled in utilizing email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp.
