Job Summary

The Creative Designer will work in a team under the responsibility of the Digital Creation Director, collaborating with various service experts. They will contribute to the artistic direction and creation of commercial content within the CNCC France – Condé Nast Commercial Creative department. This role involves pre-sales activities like analyzing client needs, designing moodboards, and ensuring artistic consistency, as well as production tasks such as briefing stakeholders, overseeing artistic execution for online and offline content, and conducting creative and competitive intelligence.

Must Have

  • Analyze client needs from briefs

  • Passion for advertising, storytelling, and innovative creative formats
  • Good knowledge of press media and social media usage
  • Ability to quickly understand brief challenges and execute efficiently
  • Strong understanding of business stakes and commercial valuation of creative concepts
  • Comfortable working in a team and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Rigorous, organized, and reactive
  • Fluent in English

Job Description

The Creative Designer will work in a team under the responsibility of the Digital Creation Director, in collaboration with the various service experts (Creative Designers, Creative Strategists, Project Managers & Producers, Digital Media Strategists, etc.). They will contribute to the artistic direction and creation of commercial content (excluding editorial) within the CNCC France – Condé Nast Commercial Creative department.

MISSIONS

Pre-sales

  • Analyze client needs from the brief established jointly with Creative Strategists and Digital Media Strategists.
  • Design moodboards and guide the artistic direction of creative concepts developed as part of calls for tenders.
  • Guarantee the artistic consistency of commercial presentations: respect for graphic charters, visual identity, and iconography in line with the group's brands and magazines.

Production

  • Brief the various stakeholders: photographers, directors, stylists, HMU, editors...
  • Ensure the proper execution of artistic direction on online and offline content, from conception to delivery: photo and video shoots, motion design, web design, print layout for advertorials, invitations, photocalls..., in coordination with Senior Creative Designers and production teams.
  • Carry out creative and competitive intelligence to foster innovation and production quality.

PROFILE

  • Graduate in visual communication or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of tools:
  • Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • Ceros would be a plus
  • Passionate about advertising, storytelling, and innovative creative formats.
  • Good knowledge of press media and social media usage.
  • Ability to quickly understand the challenges of a brief and execute efficiently.
  • Keen sense of business stakes and the commercial valuation of creative concepts.
