Job Description
You will be doing:
Game ideation and associated presentation and documentation work;
Game design and associated presentation and documentation work;
Presenting the above and representing META4 to META4’s clients and partners;
Level design and game scripting;
Mentoring game designers, scripters and level designers;
Participation in the hiring process for designers / scripters / level designers;
Participation in the career development of game designers, scripters and level designers;
Participation in evaluating tasks and setting priorities and schedules.
