OLIVER+ is a global creative agency specializing in film, CGI, automation, AI, motion design, and digital/print content, partnering with over 300 clients in 40+ countries. As part of The Brandtech Group, they leverage cutting-edge AI technology to enhance efficiency and creativity. This role focuses on supporting a leading manufacturer of consumer packaged goods on their Content and Production team. The Project Manager will partner closely with the team, orchestrate ways of working, drive uniformity across global markets, ensure stakeholder communication, coordinate project roadmaps, assist with prioritization, conduct quality control on usage rights, generate reports, and complement the Content and Production Lead.

  • Ability to verify qualitative and quantitative output against project objectives.
  • Understanding of integrating with client-side teams while maintaining agency service.
Good to have:
  • Proficient in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Marketing Platform (CMP - Workflow) technologies.
  • Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods.

A Little Bit About the Role: 
OLIVER is a global marketing agency who exclusively designs, builds, and runs bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. Our skilled creative talents are dedicated to high-profile clients and are based either onsite, near site, or offsite in our hubs.   

We are looking for a Regional Project Manager to work with a leading manufacturer of consumer packaged goods on their Content and Production team.   

 

What You'll be Doing: 

  • Partner closely with the Content and Production team.  
  • Instrumental in orchestrating overall ways of working.  
  • Drive uniformity and consistency in operations and processes between all global markets.  
  • Ensure open communication and connectivity between various stakeholders.  
  • Coordinate throughout the planning process to roadmap current and future projects for their regions.   
  • Assist in facilitating COFs and providing guidance on prioritization for their regions.   
  • Quality control on a regional level regarding usage rights ingestion and renewals.   
  • Generation of coordination and reports required.  
  • Compliment the Content and Production Lead in overall operations within OLIVER.  

 

 

What You'll Need: 

  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.   
  • Previous experience in resource and production services sourcing.   
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.   
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills   
  • Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.   
  • Be willing to share your experience where relevant and when it adds to the offering to the client.   
  • Proactivity and a willingness to ensure project success.   
  • Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.   
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top-tier agency service.  

 

Good to have: 

  • Proficient in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Marketing Platform (CMP - Workflow) technologies a plus.  
  • Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods.
