At Hogarth, the Creative Lead is responsible for ensuring creative excellence across all deliverables, leading the team with a strong focus on craft, strategy, and innovation. This role bridges creative vision and client goals — elevating storytelling, guiding strategic thinking, and collaborating closely with Creative Ops on talent allocation. Working alongside the Head of Creative, the Creative Lead helps shape key client work, supports team development, and contributes to the evolution of our creative practice, with a sharp eye on innovation and emerging tools like AI.
